The pump is useless
I tried to download the app and it says my phone is too new. No phone number for customer service. The pump is useless.

Broke after 8 months
Bought two of these. First one stopped working after 8 months. Cleaned/maintained it every month and didn't have any buildup or anything that would account for it
Bought two of these. First one stopped working after 8 months. Cleaned/maintained it every month and didn't have any buildup or anything that would account for it burning out so fast. Other complaints. I have two of these and they do not communicate ( can't coordinate wave patterns). You also can't control more than one pump at a time through the app and have to switch wifi networks to change settings which is a pain. Also, sometimes the selected program won't load and it's very hard to tell what the pump is doing because the only "readout" is a convoluted pattern of blinking LEDs on the bottom of the controller (no actual readout screen/panel). Stay away from these. There are much better options out there.

Cannot connect to pump
Have researched everywhere, no support, found reviews that are similar problem, I trusted I would not have any problems as I have several aqurium programs I use
