These plants arrived well packaged, with a vivid green color and healthy roots. The leaves were well cared for and none were mushy or brown. The only reason I’m giving anything less than 5 stars is because they also came with snails. I inspected and washed thoroughly before installing them in my tank, yet I’ve now got dozens of baby snails roaming around. While not the end of the world, it is mildly annoying as I had this happen before and had to get assassin snails to help manage them. Still, the plants are beautiful and I would recommend them.
Nice plants, shipping is questionable.

Nice quality plants. They went into my aquarium and are doing well. The only negative feedback, and why they are getting 4 stars instead of 5, is because the packaging was less than protective. They arrived in good shape, but if they'd been handled roughly, they wouldn't have made the trip. They were wrapped in moist paper and put into a plastic shipping bag. They stayed nice and damp for the trip, but had little to no protection. The plants themselves are nice and very unusually looking. I wouldn't hesitate to order other plants in the future (but I hope they improve their shipping container).

The plants took a long time to get shipped but once they got here they were perfect, all alive still and looked healthy. All three arrived in moss baskets and green healthy. I rinsed them off and dropped them in the fish tank and so far so good they’re all doing great and added to the fish tank. My bettas and tetras enjoy them by laying on the leaves.
Nice Live plants

Received 3 Lacey Ferns for community freshwater tank. The box was intact & undamaged and marked "Perishable". When I opened the plastic bag the plants were in, I could feel hot air escaping the bag. One plant had lost it's plastic basket & medium, was very small and seemed to have no viable roots. The other 2 which were taller are still in their planters in the tank; it's a wait-and-see situation as to their health. A small frozen gel-pack would go a long way. Even overnighted one county away in FL was too much heat. Customer Service was apologetic and generous in rectifying the plant loss, however I would have preferred to have a beautiful, healthy plant. Overall, I'm pleased with Chewy's service & products and will shop there
