Hard shock, came back looking good!

I've tried 2 suppliers now for pond plants and from my experience, at least half of what you order is going to arrive VERY small, maybe in poor shape, or look fine (still small) and crump once you plant it. However, I do know that a higher percentage of my Chewy plants appear to be doing well over the other company! Plus usually free shipping... A couple lower prices... And once when Chewy was out of stock for multiple weeks on the plants I did want, they mailed me some "consolation prizes" which was a really nice customer service gesture. I had my doubts, because those were for aquariums and I am planting a pond, but guess what - a couple have lived and they add some variety (unexpected red leaves) to what I'd originally been imagining! So, Chewy hits it out of the park again! :) I will say, my peach lily looked totally dead a couple weeks after planting, but somehow sprouted up leaves again once the water cleared and is now doing quite well!
Still hopeful!

The frogs at the pond in front of my office building appreciate that I got them a water lily. It’s been in the pond for about 5 days. It looked good upon arrival, but now it’s looking pretty rough. The weather has been crazy since I planted it, though. 60/40 over the weekend and 90 degrees today, so that’s tough on a plant. I’m hoping it grows some new leaves soon because the ones it came with are dead. I really liked that the tag had a QR code for planting instructions and care.
Little and now dead

I purchased some lilies from another company, and they are thriving. This was the only place I found these yellow ones. I planted them. Only one had any leaves, but they didn't last, and I have been waiting for two months to see any signs of life. Nope. Makes me sad. I really wanted these to grow.
Was doing well...
It was doing well then suddenly it dropped all its leaves. I have it potted in a bog pond and hoping it is just shocked and will come back. I've grown lots of
It was doing well then suddenly it dropped all its leaves. I have it potted in a bog pond and hoping it is just shocked and will come back. I've grown lots of pond Lillies and had great success just letting them be. Fingers crossed.
Outstanding customer service
We have a dead water lily. Not sure if it was our fault or we just had a tired Lily. Anyway, gave Chewy a call and had another Lily shipped out before I got off

Pretty puny for the price. Hope for the best.
I've planted several water lilies the last year or so. Normally stuff I get through chewy is good. This tuber was puny at best. Not even half the size of several

Good but not worth the price.
Most of the stems arrived broken and withered off within a day or two. And they are pretty small for the price. They did put out new leaves rather quickly so thats

Overpriced for the size I received
The photo makes this look so much better than what I received. There were 2 leaves and no flowers or flower buds. Won't buy this again. Would like a partial

Smaller than I expected and no instructions included
Smaller than I expected it to be. I had to come back to this page to find care instructions so I hope it survives. I ordered from Chewy rather than Etsy because
