Our three big dogs, ages 4 to 7, have not previously had many health problems but they all started experiencing ear infections and skin problems over the past couple of years. At first we thought it was chicken so we stayed with the same brand and tried lamb which didn’t help, then beef. Then we got a bad bag and they all wouldn’t touch it then finally did and started throwing up. We switched brands and they like it and their problems seemed to get a little better; however, it’s extremely expensive to feed three 100 pound plus dogs. So we’ve tried this one mixed with the more expensive one and are still waiting to see. Hopefully life will eventually get back to normal.

Switched From Hills Science Diet

My dogs love IAMS. I like that they have not artificial and IAMS is an old established brand. The price is reasonable. My dogs are picky too, they would not touch

My dogs love IAMS. I like that they have not artificial and IAMS is an old established brand. The price is reasonable. My dogs are picky too, they would not touch Purina value brand. My 2 liked ~60 lb Huskie Mix dogs liked Hills Science Diet but they kept raising their prices over the past years. Now at $80 a 30lb bag - I was spending close to $200 a month on Hills was ridiculous. I spend now less than 1/2 with IAMS I am sure there are more 'top brands' but we need to have a realistic balance of costs and I feel comfortable knowing IAMS is a solid brand my dogs love.
