Poor delivery and damaged product

I am on auto shop and this is the second time that the delivery has been left out at the road! I understand that weather conditions the driver may not of wanted

I am on auto shop and this is the second time that the delivery has been left out at the road! I understand that weather conditions the driver may not of wanted to come down the plowed gravel drive for fear of getting stuck but my 80+ year old parents can come over with no issues and wife and I have no issues We got home and no delivery yet then about 90 minutes later friends came over and let us know we had a chewy order delivered but box was destroyed and bag of food was opened in two places. I know canceling my orders and just going to a feed store wouldn’t be any issue for a company of your size but if this keeps happening I will have no choice This is totally unacceptable

The mold at the bottom of the bag.

Product is good, shipping bad

This is the pet food we have been feeding our dogs since we adopted them. They love it. The FedEx folks, however, threw the boxes on the grass behind the mailbox

This is the pet food we have been feeding our dogs since we adopted them. They love it. The FedEx folks, however, threw the boxes on the grass behind the mailbox instead of delivering to the house. I had to lug 60 pounds of pet food into my car to take it to the house. Not pleased!!!

Started feeding this food, then after about a month, I noticed my dogs started scratching & losing hair on their back. Something in this food is not right for ingredients

I'm comfortable feeding this to my dog, as it is in the major 5 recommended brands. I like that there are no artifical food dyes. We feed a dry kibble and homemade

I'm comfortable feeding this to my dog, as it is in the major 5 recommended brands. I like that there are no artifical food dyes. We feed a dry kibble and homemade mix for a well balanced diet. We've only tried the chicken flavor, but we have the beef and lamb on order to try next.

I love the Iams mini chunks as I'm actually back on the dog food diet. This kibble contains all the vitamins, proteins, minerals, folic acid, that you need to survive. Plus they're small so they fit in your pocket for whenever you're hungry. I lost 50 pounds while on it!!! Highly recommend!!! On a side note, quit asking me to review dog food purchases!!! I don't eat the stuff!!!
