Good as a secondary carrier
I have an 9.5lbs who fit comfortably in the carrier. I often transport him to friends homes or bring him with me as I walk around the city. This is a great carrier
I have an 9.5lbs who fit comfortably in the carrier. I often transport him to friends homes or bring him with me as I walk around the city. This is a great carrier for that purpose. Otherwise, if I fly or am taking my cat to the vet I use a more traditional soft sided carrier as they are more spacious and I know he feels safer in these carriers.

It is well-made but too small for even my 7 lb Chihuahuas.

Unfortunately this was way too small for my 11 pound kitty that he can’t sit straight up and I have to push his head down to close. Otherwise it looks very nice
