It says it’s a magnetic closure. Does that mean a pet, like a cat or dog could push their snout through the opening enough that it would open? Are there zippers to close the bottom to the top of the enclosure?

The top and bottom of the enclosure are fixed by the magnetic buckle, no extra zippers for the enclosure. The strength of buckle has been tested and it wasn't easy to be opened through the opening mouth of pets.

How many tether/safety cords does the stroller have?

Beyond horrible

The stroller is beyond horrible the main compartment is only held by one snap and when you collapse the stroller the snap unsnaps so you always have to check it

The stroller is beyond horrible the main compartment is only held by one snap and when you collapse the stroller the snap unsnaps so you always have to check it. If you hit a bump while the dog is in the stroller the snap gets undone and falls through the metal. The other day we were using the stroller the front wheel fell off. Horribly made. Spent this money instead of going with another brand after my dog had acl surgery just so he can end back at the vet from hurting himself after the main compartment collapsed.

Best stroller

This is the third stroller I’ve purchased and the best by far. The handle is adjustable so it’s perfect height for taller people. Big enough for both my 12lb yorkie
