Chewy and this Vendor can and should do better

Okay, first, maybe I was overly tired from working too long (I do computer work) and didn't realize this was ONE roll, not two. The photo looks like two rolls in

Okay, first, maybe I was overly tired from working too long (I do computer work) and didn't realize this was ONE roll, not two. The photo looks like two rolls in the package. Second, like many other folks here, I am a bit wary of unpackaged items being vulnerable to contamination during shipping. Three $14.99 for an 8 inch treat that my miniature poodle will demolish in a few days is simply outrageous pricing. These treats are coming in at just under $50/lb and that's just nuts. Sorry, this was a one hit wonder here. The USA has a HUGE beef industry, where are all of those tendons going? Hmmm?

My dog loves this!!

He loves this chew so much and will chew for hours if I let him. He's always wiped out after a chew session. I love that he's getting collagen in a healthy way,

I may just be being overly cautious, but I'd rather be safe than sorry. This item arrived in the box with my other items unwrapped. I know that my dog plays with

I may just be being overly cautious, but I'd rather be safe than sorry. This item arrived in the box with my other items unwrapped. I know that my dog plays with toys from the floor, frisbees with dirt on them and licks his own butt. BUT, not knowing how this treat was handled, what it touched, etc. I do not feel safe letting him have it since it was shipped unwrapped. I'll pay more attention to images now, noting that if it's not in a package in the picture, it may arrive loose and unwrapped. Thank you Chewy for refunding me. I have thrown it in the trash.

I am always looking for healthy chews and I came across a brand that my 1 1/2 year old Beagle adores, Icelandik, I heard of Beef Collagen had never tried it. I ordered

I am always looking for healthy chews and I came across a brand that my 1 1/2 year old Beagle adores, Icelandik, I heard of Beef Collagen had never tried it. I ordered one and Gracie Mae my Beagle was in heaven. She absolutely loved the Cod jerky that was wrapped around it. I gave it to her 2 hours before bed. She chewed and chewed for a couple of hours. Then I told her bed time and she grabbed her Collagen chew and went to bed. I checked on her later and she was sleeping with paws around her chew. The chew is a little hard on my budget, I will keep purchasing them as a special treat and holidays. Icelandic dog treats and chews is my pups favorite and mine.
