It truly doesn't tip over.

We needed a large stainless bowl for our giant breed dogs. One bowl came with the bottom rubber ring off already. We put it on multiple times. It comes off constantly

Does not stop the bowl from moving. The second bowl worked for a few days only. Now its ring keeps falling off too. Very disappointed. We could have saved money by getting bowls without the rubber ring.
