This collar includes a USB charging cable.

How do you charge the battery?

To charge, plug the cable into the battery. The other end of the cable can be plugged into the USB port of a laptop, notebook, outlet or any other charging device. When the battery is charging, the illuminating strips will glow dimly. The light will switch off when the battery is fully charged.

I see that there are different options for the light setting but is there an off setting or is the lights on whenever there is a charge in the battery?

The collar has an off setting so you do not have to wait for the full battery to die.

Won't stay on.

Had two of these and they won't stay on even when fully charged. The first one worked ok for awhile but after I had it for a few months it began shutting off while

Had two of these and they won't stay on even when fully charged. The first one worked ok for awhile but after I had it for a few months it began shutting off while my dog was in the back yard. Got a refund from Chewy and ordered a new one, and it turned off within ten minutes of the first time he wore it when I was outside with him. But I can turn them on and leave hanging on a doorknob and they stay lit no problem. But I can't replicate the problem by shaking them or knocking the button against something. My gf has the same thing in green for her dog and has never had a problem. So it sounds like it's just really poor quality control.

Best Dog Light!!!!

We’ve tried other brands and other lights, but these are by far the best! They charge quickly and have a very strong light that is visible from far away in the dark

They do not twist and if you buy a large enough size, you can just slip it over their head. Would highly recommend this brand.multiple settings. Continuous, slow blink and fast blink.

Bright color and can see from long distance

At first it looked great

Bought this in May 2025 and it seemed to met my needs but after about 4 months some of the LEDs did not light, a month later a about third of the collar was either

Bought this in May 2025 and it seemed to met my needs but after about 4 months some of the LEDs did not light, a month later a about third of the collar was either dim or not lit. Its now December and the entire collar intermittently is total unlit.

We love them, it holds the charge well and has a sturdy clasp. The blinking feature is good for daylight the flashing can still be seen.

It is bright when charged.

VERY disappointed. They don’t stay charged long. After charging yesterday, biscuit wore hers for not quit 30 minutes and it was dead. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!
