I purchased this for one of my cats who had a toy snake she loved to play with (her previous one was a handmade knit snake) but over time the snake needed to be replaced so I found this. I did not read in the description (or maybe I missed it) but there are bells inside the snake's body at the end of the snake which could pose a choking hazard. There were also pieces of yarn at the end of the snake which I did see before buying but I cut them off to prevent a choking hazard. There is a tongue and eyes that look like they could be easily pulled or chewed off as well. If you purchase this for your pet please supervise them while using this product.

Not as good as the real one

Had a ribbon snake sneak into the house. My 5 pound cat cornered it twice, before it was ushered safely out of the house. She loved the fun. Bought this toy snake

Had a ribbon snake sneak into the house. My 5 pound cat cornered it twice, before it was ushered safely out of the house. She loved the fun. Bought this toy snake. She is not interested in a toy one. HOWEVER, by big 11pound sissy cat, thinks the tail is pretty cool.
