We ordered cat food as we were running low. Chewy is usually a next day service so we were spoiled. When it didn't show up, I did a live chat and they assured us it would be there soon, but seemed detached from our problem. Next day, I chatted again. They were mostly helpful and said we could expect it the following day, but since we had several issues (not mentioned here) they were going to discount our next order $20.00. Our next order provided no discount. Please don't make promises you don't intend to follow through doing. While that missed order was, hopefully, an anomaly, and we appreciate getting the order with better timing, we don't appreciate the lack of follow-through. Thank you. Also, you are requiring me to leave a rating of the churu in order to submit this. Deceptive practice? We like the product, but find these shenanigans a bit much.

6 lb 14 yr old Squirt has an auto-immune disorder with special diet & medication. I have tried practically every brand of treat available, but she has always walked away after just sniffing them. I decided to try one last time with Churu & was thrilled that she immediately lapped it up. She is only allowed one per day so every mid-afternoon she sits patiently in the kitchen to wait for her treat. Both of us are happy with this product!

Buying this treat was a huge mistake

I should have never bought these. The cats LOVE them! They actually demand them every day. I have to keep buying them now or face the crazies with claws.
