Our landlord asked that we have our dog wear a vest or other ESA identifier since our building is not pet friendly. Our dog is small and uses a front clip harness, and I've had the hardest time finding an ESA vest/harness that would work for him. I settled on this leash instead, at least for now. It is a bit wider than I would prefer, and tends to sit twisted, but otherwise works well and hopefully satisfies my landlord's request.
