This item did not last 5 months and the app rarely works. After so much back and forth over email and sending video proof of the malfunctioning, reverting back to just using a water bowl for my cat, they “replaced” the model and sent me the cheapest version of a completely different model (I think it’s $29.99 right now). Complete and total rip-off. Two years in and my feeder has also completely stopped working. Will never buy from this company again. Very disturbing that they would sell a product to assist with care for animals at such high prices and—most importantly—falsely advertise reliability. Products from this company have been an absolute and utter nightmare. I can’t trust that my cat is actually being fed unless I do it myself. I have told 7 friends who have asked about it over the past two years—to care for their cats—to either do it themselves or go with another company entirely. I rarely right reviews—even less negative ones—but the way in which this company operates is morally wrong.

Constantly stops working if it looses Wi-Fi connection. One day when I was at work, i got a message from Xfinity saying my router and Wi-Fi went out. No biggie right?

Constantly stops working if it looses Wi-Fi connection. One day when I was at work, i got a message from Xfinity saying my router and Wi-Fi went out. No biggie right? When i get home from work 6 hours later, I notice the fountain isn’t working. The wheels in my brain start working and I realize my pets had been without water for SIX HOURS because this thing will not work without Wi-Fi. My Wi-Fi cuts in and out frequently because of my building, but nowhere in the description does this say that you cannot use it without Wi-Fi. Even when it is connected it still will randomly just stop working.

Stopped working within a month

Initially I would say this worked great, but here we are 1 month since I purchased this and it completely stopped working. The connections for it to power are right

Initially I would say this worked great, but here we are 1 month since I purchased this and it completely stopped working. The connections for it to power are right on top and it says not to get it wet; it’s nearly impossible not to get the connections wet when filling, washing it out (this was used by not only the cat but my dogs as well) or even when your pets are drinking from it. I would search for a sturdier and better design if you’re using it for anything other than a cat. Highly disappointed.

Bad Pump. :(

The pump motor lasted only 3 months before it died. Also not a very big reservoir, so we had to refill it often. Would not recommend.

Useless product with bad support

I bought this because of the UV component and the promise of water level monitoring when I was away at work or on trips. But the notifications were pretty nonexistent,

I bought this because of the UV component and the promise of water level monitoring when I was away at work or on trips. But the notifications were pretty nonexistent, and it dint notify me until it ran dry, and the pump broke. When I looked to the app and the company for support, they could only offer support for the connectivity aspects and I got no response when concerned with the actual functionality of the fountain. The pump completely stopped working before I knew it was empty. Just get a regular pet fountain and skip the hassle. I threw this one away.
