broke within a week
I purchased this item for my cats who have always splashed water out of their dish. It was working great and the cats were no longer able to make a mess with the water. Then, within a week, the item completely stopped working. When I plug it in the motor no longer runs and water doesn't come out. Pretty disappointed for $60.
4th time buying
Unfortunately I’ve purchased 4 of these. The motor/pump constantly goes bad even though it’s cleaned and filter replaced every 3 weeks. Filtered water is also used. The spout always has an issue and leaks over the bowl. Sadly I am done with this brand. I’ll go back to Drinkwell.
Nice
Overall I think it’s good, but a little on the expensive side. I had to put tap on the sides of the center disk to keep it secure. Otherwise, my cat was able to get it out and make a mess with the water.
Crooked lid
I would rate if I could use it. Everything is inside the item but it looks like the supplier put the lid on crooked so I can't open it there is also no where to grip to turn the lid
Faucet drinker uses it.
I have one cat that insists on drinking out of faucet and she is gradually accepting and using this. Only negative is that it's difficult for my arthritic hands to get it apart to refill.
Purrfect Water
My cats love this but, my pump has already died even though I never let the water get low. I thought maybe I needed a new filter so I replaced it and it still isn't working. I can't seem to locate a replacement pump 😿
Best water fountain out there!
I tried a few different fountains before finding this. The filter system is great and my cat loves it. Its also very quiet! Definitely exceeded my expectations.
