How wide and height of gate.

The 3-panel gate is usable up to 54 inches wide and measures 30 inches high. The 4-panel gate is usable up to 74 inches wide and measures 30 inches high.
what is the difference in size between the 3 panel and the 4 panel when extended

Is this sturdy enough to not fall over if the puppy jumps on it

Large or energetic dogs may push this gate over.
I am looking at this for a 3 month old kitten. How big is that gap at the bottom? On the sides? If the bars are 1.6" apart, it looks like 2" on the sides and maybe 3" on the bottom?

The space between the slats is 1.5 inches and along the bottom, there is 2.5 inches between the base board and the bottom of the slats.

Great looking and very sturdy pet gate.

We've gone through several pet gates and this one by far is the best one we've found. It's extremely sturdy and very nice looking with the wood/ metal combination. Hope it will give us several years of use.

Ordered twice and will not ship.

I have ordered this twice and it just says that it is getting ready for shipment. Tried contacting Chewy and all he did was cancel it off of my order. I already have one and love it. My current order is doing the same thing, but it will allow me to buy it again and says it is in stock. ?????

You will not be disappointed

I had an all wood gate and over time it started falling apart from being moved around, I guess. I wanted something that went more with the room. The arched design stands apart from other gates. This gate is perfect. Better made. Metal slats are a big plus for me as well as the width. It is sturdy and stands alone without any problems.
