This gate is crafted from durable wood with an inner wire frame made from steel metal. The three or four separate panels (depending on which size you choose) are secured together with hinges, so you can fold it out into a Z-shape. And since it’s free-standing, there’s no drilling required! The paneled gate is great for doorways, entryways, bedrooms, staircases and hallways. When you’re done using it, fold the gate down to 2.25 inches (3-panel gate) or 3-inches (4-panel gate) for narrow areas and easy storing.

Extremely happy I saw this & decided to purchase. I was looking to replace an old wooden gate that I use on my small deck opening to the yard as a safeguard when the pooch is out & lounging in the sun. She (the pooch) doesn't need the barrier, it's more for the occasional neighbor that decides to wander through our mutual townhome territory, my peace of mind, & to prevent those sudden flees when a rabbit or squirrel appear in the yard. It's easy enough to slide back and forth and while I really only need two of the three panels, it folds so beautifully that the third panel isn't even an issue. The black wiring is stylishly appealing. Highly recommended & well worth the money! I've gotten compliments on a dog gate - that says it all!
I hesitated to buy these because I needed two and price made me pause for a second, but let. me tell you these are fabulous!!!!!!!! We did not want to have to cut holes in our walls or experience the many hassles we have with dog gates in the past, and these have been wonderful!!!!. We are also very fortunate to have a rescue dog who does not question the boundaries set by the gate. I love them!!!!but would not recommend to anyone who has a dog who is always trying to get out.
This gate was just what I needed. Nice looking, has enough weight to stay upright and not knocked over by my 60 pounder. Easy to fold in and out to get into the blocked room. Looking to get another one.
We bought 4 of these gates for our new puppy. I like that they are heavy enough to stand on their own without having to attach to walls. They are very well constructed. I really like the dark wood, also.
I love this gate! It’s well made, sturdy and doesn’t fall over, and is attractive.it also has plastic pads on the bottom so it doesn’t scratch my hardwood floor.
We needed something taller than what we had but still easily movable to block off our 'cat room' so the dogs can't get in to steal their food. At the same time, I needed something the cats could jump over while still keeping our one injured cat confined. This seems to have worked pretty good so far. We purchased the 3 panel option (kind of wish we would have gotten the 4 panel tho it was quite a bit more $), and we use it accordion-style in a doorway so this is all based on the fact that it isn't completely straightened out. Still, it's fairly heavy which surprised me and I was thankful for. Not so heavy we can't move it, but heavy enough it isn't easily knocked over and the small/medium dogs can't just nose their way past it. With the vertical wires they can't climb it easily. The top and bottom areas of the bars openings are different widths so I keep the wider opening as the top so nobody tries to squeeze through them and get their head stuck. :)
I bought this 4 panel gate and the 3 panel version as well. I am very happy with the 3 panel gate. It’s sturdy and built well. Works perfectly for what I need (to block the stairs so my 13 yr old, 11 lb dog with DDD can’t go up and down them). The 4 panel version is nice but feels a little less strong and is missing a couple screws that attach the wire to the wood. Some of the wood pieces aren’t connected well leaving some small gaps. I decided to keep it because it will still work just fine, it just doesn’t feel as solid as the 3 panel version.
Had been using baby gates for our 75lb lab. This gate does the job just as well without have to be attached to the door entranceway itself. Very pleased
I ordered 2 of these gates and they are superb. I have purchased many different gates over the years and I’d have to say these are the best by far. They are solid, great quality and look nice. I highly recommend.
We are extremely happy with this gate (bought 2). I recommend spending the extra and get a 4 panel. One area we really only needed the 3 panel - we just fold two of the panels together and make a 3 panel. Using our 2 (four panel) gates, we can easily move them to make an area around our our puppy's crate when we leave. This gives him access to his crate, but a decent sized area to walk around and play. When needing to walk through the gated area, you can use one panel to swing back and forth like a door. Buy this gate - you won't regret it.
