This is a well made, heavy duty collar. Great for large breed dogs. The material is very thick, durable, and sewn well. The inside material of the collar is a softer more cushiony fabric, while the outside is sleek and durable. The addition of the handle is especially nice. We take our dos on hikes quite often, and the handle gives nice, comfortable control and the ability to hold your dog closely. The only reason I wouldn’t give this 5 stars is the latch style. Like the rest of the collar, the latch is extremely heavy duty and made of metal, but I am not a fan of the open/close mechanism. You have to engage both levers in order to remove the collar, which can be tricky to achieve, especially on a wiggly pup. I would prefer a “normal” snap type closure made of metal.

The other day my 14 yo daughter restrained her with the INVIROX K9 Extreme Series Heavy-Duty Tactical Dog Collar. She was able to restrain her with out causing pain to her or my dog. The width of this collar works well along with the handle. I would highly recommend this collar for anyone that has a working dog or excitable large dog.

I would suggest that the handle would be a little longer and thicker reinforcing. The collar states it can be personalized with patches. I’m not sure where those can be added. The handle has the company logo/name embroidered and not removable.

We picked up the INVIROX K9 Extreme Series Heavy-Duty Tactical Dog Collar for our Labrador. This collar exceeded our expectations! It’s solidly built and feels very durable. The handle is a great feature for extra control, and my husband loves how secure yet easy the cobra buckle is. The soft lining keeps it comfortable on our dog’s neck, even with long wear. Can’t wait to test it out on our upcoming hunting trips!

The collar features a handle which would be great during training sessions… I wouldn’t recommend it for everyday use unless necessary, but it’s definitely a valuable resource for training

Would not recommend for smaller dog due to thickness and collar is heavy,but worked nicely for my 80 lb baby boy.
