Where are the instructions on how to pair this new remote with my current collars?

To pair remotes and collars, follow the below instructions: 1. Power on the Collar Receiver by pressing the ON/OFF button on the Collar Receiver. 2. Press and hold the ON/OFF button for about 3 seconds until a beep sounds, and the indicating light will begin to flash quickly. 3. Press any button on the transmitter once the Collar Receiver beeps. When the Remote Transmitter and Collar Receiver are paired successfully the indicating light will stop flashing quickly. 4. If needing to pair a second Collar Receiver, follow the same steps but first push your Toggle Switch in the other direction.

It may appear the same but will not connect! Charged up overnight and tried to link to collar and nothing. Read the manual online and followed each step, still

I love my collars that come with this remote the only problem is I’m going on my third remote. That being said it is five years so I don’t know how long that supposed

did not work

Got this because my original remote got wet and stopped working (I thought that was supposed to be water resistant..) but I didn’t feel like going through a return

Got this because my original remote got wet and stopped working (I thought that was supposed to be water resistant..) but I didn’t feel like going through a return process so I bought this replacement. It turns on and charges but does not connect to any of my receivers. And now I have to return this one. Thumbs down.
