I purchased this spot cleaner in July of 2025, to cleanup after my two, house training, maltipoo puppies. At first it worked great, but after consistent use, the carpet cleaner failed. At first the filters in the cleanout beneath the waste water tank caved into the base of the cleaner. Then the automatic shutoff for when the tank is full stopped working. Then wastewater started leaking out of the from the dirty water tank and base of the machine all over my brand new, white area rug. All this after only 3 months of use. Way too overpriced for how cheaply this product performs. What a waste of money. Iris and / or chewy should issue me a refund and replace my rug.
