Does this seal closed like the Iris Weathertight Totes do? Does it seal tightly enough so no pantry moths or 'no see ums' can get into the food? It will be on the porch and want to ensure nothing can get into it. Thank you.

The unit has such sloping sides inward that the capacity is well below one 24 lb bag of dog food. Straight sides would have been a much more capacity.
