How many quarts do I need to hold 25 pounds of dry food?

The 8 quart size holds approximately 6.5 pounds, the 12.75 quart size holds 10 pounds, the 32.5 quart size holds 25 pounds and the 65 quart size holds 50 pounds.

Descriptions do not mention if the plastic is food-grade .. safe for humans and pets????

Can these containers sit flat on a shelf if wheels are removed.

Flimsy, and NOT airtight.

Given the price, I expected it to be tougher and better constructed. My hope was that we could leave outside but the latch didn't fully latch, so the smell of birdseed

Given the price, I expected it to be tougher and better constructed. My hope was that we could leave outside but the latch didn't fully latch, so the smell of birdseed got out and attracted a squirrel who quickly nibbled right through it. So, we now have a damaged container that we have to keep inside.

not airtight/mediocre seal

Size is perfect but the lid doesn't seal perfectly, the seal is just Styrofoam shoved into edge of lid. For the price I expected a better sealing mechanic :/ Ok

Another container was received that looks similar to the one pictured but it doesn’t have casters. Will keep the second one which seems suitable and donate the first ones per my conversation with the customer service representative.

Air tight, but fragile.

Bought this just 14 months ago and it split out on the back side. It did have a tight lid which kept the ants out of the food and the food stayed fresh for 4 or

Bought this just 14 months ago and it split out on the back side. It did have a tight lid which kept the ants out of the food and the food stayed fresh for 4 or 5 weeks between purchases. I purchase 40-lb. bags of dog food, so should have been well within the stated capacity. No, I don't recommend this unless you're buying 25-lb at a time.
