You required a preseriptiion which I did not know, then you neve rsent my shapmpoo which had nothign to do with a parasite medication in your pharmacy,. i had to buy 2 things twice from my vet bevasue you never sent or explained your policy. I want my mondy back

I guess we all have different needs and priorities. For us - we need the shampoo to clean, yet not strip the oil completely. We need it to help our dogs smell clean, but not make them smell like they've been visiting at the perfume counter at Neiman's. We have exceptionally soft water, so rinsing quite a lot is simply what we have to do; we've not had issues with build-up or difficult rinsing with IOD products. We don't expect a shampoo to handle shedding - that's done on the grooming table with a slicker and comb. Combine this shampoo with the No.50 light conditioning, and that's our routine for our double coated dogs.
