My senior beagle has refused to eat kibble for almost a month now. Vet check was fine, but she refused every brand, even when mixed with broth, pumpkin, yogurt, etc. The only thing she’s been eating is canned chicken, which we gave her out of desperation when she went 2 days just walking away from her food. We got out delivery of Jinx today and she gobbled up two servings! If she continues to eat it, I will switch all of our dogs over to this brand.

Made my pup sick

Unfortunately made my pup sick. :( had to go to the vet and put her under anesthesia because she was allergic to something in it (in 4 years shes never been allergic

Unfortunately made my pup sick. :( had to go to the vet and put her under anesthesia because she was allergic to something in it (in 4 years shes never been allergic to anything like this) and created really bad inflammation that needed to be treated. If your pup has allergies, just keep an eye out. Mine truly wasn't allergic to any food until she had this.

10 Years with Chewy, But Lately Disappointed

I received my autoship order yesterday, but the dog food I specifically needed for my upcoming trip was missing. I immediately contacted customer service and explained

I received my autoship order yesterday, but the dog food I specifically needed for my upcoming trip was missing. I immediately contacted customer service and explained to the representative that I’m leaving town on Thursday. I had placed my autoship order early to ensure my dogs’ treats and food would arrive in time for the trip. The rep assured me that the missing item would be delivered today. However, FedEx didn’t drop anything off, so I checked the order status myself only to find that it’s still being packed. I’m leaving first thing tomorrow morning, which means I’ll now have to go out and purchase another bag of food to take with me. I’ve been a loyal Chewy customer for over 10 years, but their service has noticeably declined. This is the second time I’ve experienced a similar issue, and I’m genuinely disappointed. Timely and reliable delivery used to be one of the reasons I trusted Chewy, especially when planning around travel. Unfortunately, that trust is starting to erode.

I switched all my dogs to Jinx dry. I was already using all the other Products made by Jinx. This food has great ingredients. And much better than the other junk

I switched all my dogs to Jinx dry. I was already using all the other Products made by Jinx. This food has great ingredients. And much better than the other junk I was feeding my dogs. As far as price it’s comparable to what’s on the markets plus i could get 30 lbs a bag so i got 2 being I have 6 hungry mouths to feed. I did notice when I open the bag you could smell the carrots. I thought wow. This is awesome. The best part is I don’t have to go out and try and find it in the store and if you do. You won’t find it in the big bags.
