Holy stinky!

I have been using Triple Max Joint Chews for years but decided to give the granules a try since i have 2 allergy ridden dogs. I have 7 dogs, 3 cats and have a been a rescuer for a long time so I have smelled MANY stinky smells but this stuff may be in the top 5. WOW. The chews have a strong smell but personally i don't think they stink. This stuff smells terrible. Best description is fish oil slathered on hot rubber tires. All of my dogs are small so they only get 1/4 tsp. I gave them each a scoop just to see if they'd even eat it and to my surprise, they did. All 7 so I'll probably keep this batch but will definitely not purchase again.

Perfect for us!

Yes the scent is a little strong. But it goes away over time(or you get used to it) Previously we used a pure MSM supplement and have also used subpar joint supplements. Our eldest dog will develop a limp on her right front within a week if the supplement is subpar. With this supplement, she's actually shown IMPROVED movement. Currently she is on it. My youngest(a working dog) is on the subpar supplement to get the monies worth out of it.

Great product!

I was having problems with my senior Boston Terrier taking the chewables and I thought I would try this form. It worked perfectly cause she is eating it. As soon as my other dog finishes the chewables, both of them will be on the Hypo Allergenic Granules.

Bad reaction to product

I ordered this thinking a hypoallergenic formula would be less likely to cause issues. My GS broke out in horrible hot spots, hair is falling in chunks, he’s itching like crazy. Back to the Vet we go!!! The product was supposed to be in granules/powder both tubs are a solid mass and require scrapping to get any out. I will be returning this ASAP.

ZsaZsa loves these

We were buying the whole ones but ZsaZsa became tired of them even after we crumbled them up. I saw these and thought we'd give it a shot. She loves them! Joint Max has helped our Boxer/Mastiff mix get around much better. She's 12 years old and bounces around like a 6 year old.

Works wonders

I bought this to help out my two older dogs both 10 years old. My oldest dog who will be 11 in January has been hit by a car several times prior to me rescuing him. He even broke his pelvis at one point and had Erlichia when I found him. This year he had an allergic reaction to food and is on a low-dose trial of prednisone to help with his allergies. He cannot have any anti-inflammatory medication. He was starting to fall over on walks and slipping and falling in the house. I had to do something to help him out. I tried Joint Max and within 2 weeks, no exaggeration, my boy is running, jumping, leaping, and acting silly! I am very pleased with this product. My other dog has not had such a drastic change but I have noticed he is feeling better and running on walks again. I would recommend this product for anyone who has a dog with arthritis, aches and pains.

strong bad smell

This product smells very awful, like something burning on a stove. At first I couldn't figure out where the bad odor was coming from and kept worrying something was burning in walls like an electrical fire....but every time walked past my feeding station it was even more strong. Opened the container and found the source. I have no clue what is in this product to make it smell so bad. I've been using the other granules that are not hypoallergenic and it does NOT have this odor....nor does the soft chews.

My dogs love it!!

So easy, just sprinkle a scoop on top of their food and they gobble it up. Smells like brown sugar to me?? Easier than force feeding a chewable tablet that they didn't like!
