Is the hole an actual cylinder (not separate, but molded as such) that goes through the toy from front to back and maintains the same diameter throughout?

The hole pictured is an entryway into the ball to fit small treats and other goodies such as peanut butter or yogurt. The inside is hollow. There is a very small hole on the other side meant for additional ventilation.
