Instructions
Washable Rugs are easy to clean in a front-loading washing machine - do not dry clean. Make sure the rug’s size won’t overload the machine. Use a mild detergent with cool water (maximum 85°F) and a gentle cycle. Never use bleach or fabric softener. Air dry (maximum 85°F), or hang to dry. Do not iron. Rugs may shrink up to 3% when washed; we recommend using a rug pad to extend the life of your rug.

Fibers pull, snag very easily
We have three dogs, no cats. After having the rug down only 2 days, there are pulls and snags in the fibers just from the dogs walking across it. The dogs’ claws
We have three dogs, no cats. After having the rug down only 2 days, there are pulls and snags in the fibers just from the dogs walking across it. The dogs’ claws are trimmed and they are not scratching the rug. The damage is from every day use, which is very frustrating. I can’t imagine how the rug will look after a few weeks. The reason I purchased the rug was because it is supposedly good for pets. Sadly it already looks worn and damaged after a few days use. I do not recommend the rug if your pets have claws!

I love the looks of this rug. I had to use double sided tape to keep it in place. Or you can use a felt rug pad.
