Feeling jipped

The first order I received both of the fly cultures were good and fed my frogs for the month. However, the last few orders the second culture never grows leaving

Something was missing

The springtail culture and fruit fly cultures were perfect. However, the black soldier fly larva were missing from the order. A little sad about that.
