Disappointed

Arrived dead and frozen. The heat pack that was included was also frozen. Live product should have been sent overnight, not regular shipping.

The weather has been temperate and I immediately unpacked the isopods when they arrived. They were also shipped with a heat pack in a well-insulated box. However,

The weather has been temperate and I immediately unpacked the isopods when they arrived. They were also shipped with a heat pack in a well-insulated box. However, they all arrived dead. Tiny is an understatement for these dwarf isopods but it looks like there were about 10 in the container.
