One of Goose's favorite toys!

My male Parrotlet loves this! He knows how to use it and plays with it daily. It's so adorable and exciting when he makes a basket! Keeps him entertained and busy

My male Parrotlet loves this! He knows how to use it and plays with it daily. It's so adorable and exciting when he makes a basket! Keeps him entertained and busy. Parrotlets are small parrots and very smart, so I don't know how other small birds would do, but give it a try- at the very least they'll have a new toy for curiosity. And, it's adorable.

Excellent In Theory

I LOVED the idea of this toy, but it wasn't until I watched one of my lovebirds play with it that I noticed the design flaws. 1st: the chain is weak. My bird had

I LOVED the idea of this toy, but it wasn't until I watched one of my lovebirds play with it that I noticed the design flaws. 1st: the chain is weak. My bird had it removed from the basket by the end of the first day. 2nd: the spacing is awkward. My bird wanted to sit on either the bar or the basket, but due to the size and close proximity to the mirrored backboard it wasn't feasible. 3rd: the basket is too small; It is made to only fit the size of the tiny ball that comes with it. Prior to buying this toy (and part of the reason why I did), my lovebird loved playing with small animal/"cat" sized balls. She will throw and kick them all around her cage. When we put this basket in, once she yanked off the attached ball she kept trying to slam dunk her cat balls but the basket wouldn't accommodate them and it would frustrate her. At the end of the day, it wasn't a super-expensive experiment (I'd be awfully annoyed if it was) but I will be looking for or making my bird a larger basket in the future. In terms of size, I'd say this toy would be better for a gentle bird the size of a budgie, finch or canary. Cute but could have been designed better.

Angel loves it!
