Cats didn't like

Bought these for our two cats. Both turned their noses up and walked away!! Tried more than once but still a no go. Unless you are sure you furbaby will eat freeze

Great customer service!

Contacted representative when our order didn’t arrive. They checked & said item was scanned so it looked like it was in transit & suggested I wait for a day or two

Contacted representative when our order didn’t arrive. They checked & said item was scanned so it looked like it was in transit & suggested I wait for a day or two. After it didn’t arrive after several more days, I called back. A kind representative checked & could see the order hadn’t moved so she re-ordered for our pets. We were thrilled when we received our new order almost immediately as she had indicated. Amazingly the missing order was delivered with it. Not sure what happened, but certainly appreciate the attention to resolve this.
