Where may I purchase replacement feathers. My cat is addicted to this toy. Yesterday we kept playing for over two hours with it.

The wand collapses to be short for storing? Does the string retract?

The wand features a telescopic design (collapsible) that gives you several feet of length and is great for compact storage. The string does not retract.

How can you extend the wand to 4 feet? mine only opens about 18 inches.

Once the wand is fully extended, including the string and toy dimensions, the entire toy will measure 4 feet long.

Product specs are a lie, but good toy

The "4 feet" includes the length of the string. The actual wand only extends to a total of 18 inches. That said, it is well manufactured of solid, uncoated, metal

The "4 feet" includes the length of the string. The actual wand only extends to a total of 18 inches. That said, it is well manufactured of solid, uncoated, metal and plastic parts that are safe for your animal to chew on. The end of the string has a relatively strong clamp at the end of it, making it easy to switch out dangling bits. It's a shame this company decided to be so deceptive about what they're selling and completely fail to mention the actual strengths of the product. Otherwise, I might have been interested in exploring their other products.

Good for kittens

The feather is nice but the wand, although sturdy and collapsable is not long enough. The movement generated is not enough for my adult cat.

My cats love it!

I had this toy for about a month or so and my cats already chewed through it and broke the clip. I tried tying it back together a few times but it’s a goner now

I had this toy for about a month or so and my cats already chewed through it and broke the clip. I tried tying it back together a few times but it’s a goner now. I probably wont buy it again but it was fun while it lasted! The wand part was pretty short even when elongated and the clip sounded like it hurt their teeth but they enjoyed playing with it :)

Great toy

My cat loves this. It’s pretty flimsy but better than those feathers on skinny plastic sticks. The telescoping pole is metallic, at least.

This is the shortest wand you can find

I bought this to help cheer up our cats after losing their brother...it was a terrible purchase. This IS NOT expandable up to four feet as described on the product

I bought this to help cheer up our cats after losing their brother...it was a terrible purchase. This IS NOT expandable up to four feet as described on the product page...this wand is barley 18 INCHES. The string has ZERO elasticity, and the vibrating bit hit my cats and HURT them!
