I didn’t even put it on my dog. The scissor snap leash on my dog. The attachment was hard to open & the was super heavy. It just didn’t work for me. I am going to donate at the local shelter. Someone with stronger fingers probably will do well the leash.

Hi, I bought this leash to use with a 60 pound black lab. The quality of the leash itself is great. However the scissors claw to attach to a collar or harness is not big enough to go around the clip. Moreover, the claws have to be pushed together to reach final closure. Keep looking.
