This formula has a sodium content of approximately 0.12% on an as fed basis.

What is the phosphorus percentage in this?

This recipe contains a phosphorous content of 0.25% on an as fed basis and 1.33% on a dry matter basis.

The Chicken option doesn’t have Liver, Heart, Tripe, Blood, Spleen, Kidney, or Ground Bone. Is there a reason for that since the Lamb and Beef option does?

Due the nature of the size of chickens and being much smaller than beef and lamb, K9 Natural would not be able to obtain the quantity needed to add it to their chicken formula. In addition, they create their recipes to have the meat come from a single animal source so that dogs with allergies can consume their food, and chickens do not have tripe or kidneys.

Great wet food for daily feeding

I've been feeding my senior toothless pug this food for years and she does well on the chicken. It's hard to find a wet food without gums and fillers! Sadly I have to switch to a different brand. The price of it has went up quite a bit but the real problem is the dented cans. Every case has at least 3 dented cans.. at $100 a case I can't afford to keep throwing away damaged cans. The shipping box is well packed and doesnt appear to be damaged in transit but the cans are always dented.

Great Ingredients

Did a lot of research before picking K9 Natural wet dog food. The ingredient panel is exactly what I’m looking for in a quality food. Can’t go wrong with 90% caged free chicken and other nutritious ingredients. Made in New Zealand which have the highest in standards. Highly recommended!
