Why is it that I can't find a decent hoof for my dogs anymore? They are all so thin walled and they splinter terribly. It used to be that cow hooves were thicker and better quality. I know that the light colored ones usually seem to be better, but not like the ones I used to get our old dogs. I am going to quit ordering them and only get single ones at the pet store from now on, even though it's expensive to do it that way. At least I can see what I'm getting.

Dog liked, owner didn’t
Although my dog grabbed hold and started gnawing, the jagged edges left behind had me concerned about jagged pieces being in my pup’s gut.

My dogs don’t get sick after eating these.
My Corgis love these bones. They keep them busy and don’t break up in tiny pieces like chews similar to these.

Great treat for chewers of everything
My Daisy is a chewer and if I don't keep her busy she busies herself by chewing toys, jeans, tee towels... The hooves even smell good and she loves them, keeps her
My Daisy is a chewer and if I don't keep her busy she busies herself by chewing toys, jeans, tee towels... The hooves even smell good and she loves them, keeps her interested and busy for awhile. Jake our Doberman even likes them and he doesn't like hooves much.

These hooves have been great for my Great Pyrenees/Lab Mix puppy. He spends a lot of time chewing on them and I don't worry about him choking because the pieces
