This product is well made and fairly easy to clean because you can disassemble the major components and wash them thoroughly. Positive is that it’s very easy to load a full serving of kibble into the trough. And if you have a grazer type friend, this could last them for a while and keep them busy through the day. My girl had an issue with spinning the dispenser because it’s not overly inherent. She is also 15 and doesn’t have the balance or strength to fight with it. The other negative is that the chutes where the kibble dispenses from the main trough is flat. So it’s very easy for the food/treats to get tongue smacked back inside the main compartment. This is probably a plus for dogs that need to be kept entertained for a longer time. For older/less stable on the feet pups, it becomes frustrating. My girl gives up on it once she’s accessed the easier to get treats/kibble, so I usually manually spin the dispenser for her a few times so she can have another go when she’s up for it. I do love this brand because the product is well made and very durable. We have another brain game (the chess board) from the same company and that’s the best brain toy we’ve had. Overall a great pick for younger/sprightly/very food motivated fur babies. Might make a different choice for older/less food motivated pups since it’s takes more concentration and motivation to “complete” the game.
