This is not like the less expensive toys. Wow what an awesome puzzle activity toy! I’ll explain: I was first nervous about my doggo figuring this out. They have to spin the center to dispense to the side slots, then push/pull the sliders to move the treats out of the toy through one of the four corners. She’s already a master of moving the individual domes to get the treats out of the little cups. I thought when it was spun it replenished the cups. They go to the two sides with the sliders. She approached this toy, gave it a lengthy sniff inspection, and went to WORK. She grabbed up all the some treats like a pro. Then she pawed at the sliders and saw the treats were pushed out. Then she had her nose on the center and was looking perplexed. I took one hand and spun it around and then told her, “Just like that”. She definitely got the memo and her face lit up with determination. She put her paw on the wheel and she gave it a proper spin! She saw as the treats went clank clank and dropped to the side slots. Then BOOM. She started pushing and pulling those levers and hopping back and forth over it like a really happy 83lb bunny! She can’t leave it alone now! This is awesome because she’s anxiety puo the last few days from windstorms. What really makes the differences between this puzzle toy and others (which we have plenty of) is the quality of manufacturing, and the thoughtfulness of the creators. Leaving the toy with open viewable domes and sliders lets the pup see where they are and then focus on how to get them out. Think about them as canine instructions! This toy is heavier and won’t slide around on hard flooring. It’s a much thicker and heavier material and y’all, NO LOOSE PIECES!! We have so many lost pieces from the days of puzzles past in our home. Fab brand. Can’t wait for my other new puzzles to come for her by CADTC!!

This toy is a game changer for my Blue Heeler! She learned how to use it fairly quickly, and now I feed her most of her kibble with it. It’s a great way to slow down her eating. She especially enjoys it when there’s a treat hidden inside, rather than just kibble. It’s become a fun part of her mealtime routine!

My Husky was curious about this toy and figured it out in no time. Watching her go after the treats was really exciting! However, when I filled it with just food, she didn’t find it rewarding enough to keep playing. I’ll try using something more special next time to keep her interested.
