This system requires WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, 2.4GHz (WEP, WPA, or WPA2 encryption) compatible router. It is compatible with a mobile device with iOS 10.0 and above l Android 7.0 and above. Active internet and cellular connections are required.

do I have to pay a monthly subscription to use this?

This pet camera does not require a monthly subscription. However, alarm monitoring service requires a Kangaroo Security subscription.

Does this camera pan & tilt?

After looking into the internet requirements and finding out that I do in fact have a 2.4GHz network. This thing just won’t connect, after attempting to do so for

After looking into the internet requirements and finding out that I do in fact have a 2.4GHz network. This thing just won’t connect, after attempting to do so for an entire day. The app just continuously prompts me to reset the device, that does nothing either. There isn’t even an option to return or replace. Very annoyed

There is no way to control the volume on this. If you keep your phone by your bed at night, you'll be hearing it go off all night. Also some of the options only
