Nice...But wheel issue

The Luxury Rider Pro is very nice, spacious enough for our little buddy with a smooth ride. However, the wheels are very difficult to remove. The little release buttons on the side of the wheels don't stick out enough to easily push them in for removal. Works great if you aren't in a hurry to remove the wheels.

Easy pet transport

Love this carrier. Easy to wheel your pet into a Vet appointment or wherever you’re going. Detach the wheel platform to buckle carrier into car seat - so no risk of dame to seat. Easy to Velcro carrier to wheel platform upon arrival

Game Changer

Amazing to be able to wheel your pet around and not have to bounce them around off your hip with a shoulder bag, plus the weight being lifted off your shoulder as well. Highly recommend taking the wheels/base off for TSA check and putting under the seat. Customer service through Chewy and through Katziela themselves were excellent.
