This is a great all in one package for a hamster or gerbil! It comes w/ a wheel, water bottle, food dish, bedding and it’s 2 levels. It’s got a really nice deep dish which I love so that my hamster can dig down in the bedding. It also makes it so she doesn’t get her bedding everywhere. Cleaning it is so easy and it’s very secure so you don’t have to worry about your small friend escaping. Highly recommend as a great start to owning a hamster or gerbil!

I received the Kaytee My First Home Hamster and Gerbil Starter Kit and I am very pleased with it. The cage is simple to set up and comes with everything needed to get started, which makes it perfect for beginners. The size is great for a hamster or gerbil and the design feels sturdy and safe. I especially like that it has a deep base to help keep bedding inside and make cleaning easier. The accessories that come with the kit are a nice bonus and my pet settled in quickly. The running wheel is fairly small - our dwaef hamster prefers a slightly larger wheel. It is nice that it comes with bedding and everything you need except the hamster and some food.

love this brand for their toys and such but nobody should be buying a cage this small for any animal:( if you can't afford expensive bigger ones make a homemade

This cage is WAY too small for any animal to live in. Please do your research on suitable cages for your small pet to live comfortably. Hamsters need at least 450

Hamsters need at least 450 sq inches of floor space, which this cage doesn’t provide. Bin cages are an excellent money saving option if you don’t want to spend a lot on a big cage.
