needs a stronger/reinforced middle frame part
This roof top is sold separately, to cover a small animal enclosure. Unless you have animals who won't attempt to jump out or escape, you need this product. It secures tightly to the base cage through built-in hooks (same concept as the collapsible metal crates for dogs). It has 2 medium doors that you can open and close at will. I keep mine open, as my cats and dogs won't try to jump out because the immediate areas around the doors are all wire type and they would have nowhere to hold on to or land, if they were going to try to jump out. These doors are access doors for you, to retrieve pets or clean the lining area. Because this cage or enclosure is quite large, there are parts that are difficult to clean by just stretching your arm, you have to lean forward very low to reach out and clean, but the middle part of the cage is hard to reach; for that you need to hold on to something, not to fall flat on your face, because the middle part of the cage is too flipsy to hold you, it would collapse if you lean on it too hard and the built in hooks probably will become useless. I guess you could use some sort of tool to reach the lining area, like the hooks that older people use to reach up for items that are very high.Three stars, because the metal needs to be stronger (of the roof and of the cage itself), it seems to be the same type as wire hangers (!), very flimsy, so at least the edges and middle of the frame should be made of a stronger type of metal.
