Great for senior rabbit

My 13 year old needed a home with a "zero-entry" door as she can't hop up and down anymore. While she's free-roam, this gives her a cozy little place to go back

My 13 year old needed a home with a "zero-entry" door as she can't hop up and down anymore. While she's free-roam, this gives her a cozy little place to go back to for her litter, food and water. If you have a bun that chews, this may not be a great option though. I do like that the liner is replaceable.

Nice sturdy softly padded plastic liner

I was pleasantly surprised by this liner. It has reinforced perforations on its edges, to secure to multiple hooks of the bottom of the cage, to keep it in place,

I was pleasantly surprised by this liner. It has reinforced perforations on its edges, to secure to multiple hooks of the bottom of the cage, to keep it in place, I have had this cage with the lining for my two tiny dogs and 3 cats for about 1 or 2 weeks and so far it has not come lose, or urine has not leaked or it has not been strached by cats, etc. Additionally it is sturdy and lightly padded in the middle, so that if the surface where you will besetting this up, it is somewhat rough, this soft surface would be helpful for the comfort of your pets' paws. I have wiped this lining several times with paper towel and organic, animal safe liquid spray diluted cleaner (or you can use a solution of water wit a bit of white vinager. do not use chemicals, detergent of clorox/Lysol wipes, because they are too strong and your animals' paws will get some of those chemicals in their paws and after that lick them. I always use mild, diluted, pet safe cleaners, but most times just plain water.

best thing since sliced milk

This thing is the bomb dot com. I am telling you I was OVER my bunny not being able to “aim”. I have bought high back litter boxes but this little dude finds a way

This thing is the bomb dot com. I am telling you I was OVER my bunny not being able to “aim”. I have bought high back litter boxes but this little dude finds a way. And when that urine hits plastic boxes you have to catch it immediately to be able to get that off (no matter how much “rabbit stain remover ” or vinegar you use). I was over scraping those bottoms of cages. This KayTee open living thing is awesome. I pop their cage doors open anytime we’re awake and they’re running around - the messes (water, food, hay, lil coco puffs) are cleaned with a broom or a quick swipe of a paper towel. Rabbit #1 (Bourbun, the trouble maker) is a DIGGER so if he’s left in his cage for over his preferred time, he will start to try to tear the vinyl apart but this thing is strong and will not let my rabbit defeat it (unlike other solutions) I end up replacing these about every 3 mos to keep them fresh, clean, no holes and looking nice. It’s a bit more expensive but the bunnies love it and it’s a billion times easier
