I love and trust this brand ever since I started having a chinchilla . It’s the only safe brand in my opinion ! I love they made a huge bag full of pellets that can give my chinchilla food for months ! I’m so excited and my chinchilla was beyond excited to enjoy the tasty food !
Quality chinchilla food
This food has more Timothy hay than my chinchillas' previous food. I think this is better for middle aged chinchillas. It took a few tries to get them to eat it
This food has more Timothy hay than my chinchillas' previous food. I think this is better for middle aged chinchillas. It took a few tries to get them to eat it and we're transitioning slowly. When opening the bag I noticed the fresh hay scent. The large bag is not resealable but easy enough to close with a clip. The food is high fiber, good for chinchillas' sensitive and unique digestive systems.

Too much extras
This is a GIANT bag, so better have multiples. I don't like how much extra treats and stuff is in it, as it takes away from my chinchillas eating the pellets as

Pellets are good quality and do not crumble and fall apart. My chinchillas have enjoyed eating these pellets. It doesn't have seeds, fruits or other treats mixed
