Pretty but...
Gorgeous colors. Very soft. But due to rotator cuff issues I had a heck of a time putting this together. The lowest flower seat wouldnt tighten no matter how hard I tried. It just kept spinning. One of my kitties leaped onto it & it tilted right over. I took the flower off, & the screw that was inside of the branch came out with it. I'm at a loss on how to fix this, & I also don't understand where the 3 washers are supposed to go. I wanted so badly for my birthday baby Maia to enjoy this.

I purchased this beautiful cat tree for my son’s new kittens and they just love it. They enjoy looking out the window and sleeping on its “blossoms”! It’s very well made and looks great!

Our two cats use the tree every day.
It's very sturdy and safe for them, and has held up well after 1 1/2 years of kitten energy. The larger cat is around 18 lbs and still fits comfortably in the flower bed, which is his favorite spot. It's pricier than other towers, but seems better designed with nice quality materials and lasts a long time. It's also more attractive than most that I've seen, which was also a big consideration since it needed to fit in with the decor of our living room.
Wow! Can't say enough great things!
I purchased 2 of these for my cats. Ally immediately claimed the top flower, and Katie claimed the leaf. Because I had assembled it INCORRECTLY, the top flower cracked at the base, and fell over. I contacted customer service and they replied promptly and courteously. They sent my pictures back with with a detailed explanation of how to assemble it correctly and circled where I had made my mistake. It was very clear for this 70 year old woman, so I quickly reassembled the second tree to avoid further problems. Even though it was clearly my fault, they shipped a replacement part at no charge. It arrived a few days later so Ally is back to being queen of her top flower. She claimed the lower flower while the replacement part was in transit. This company maintain, repair, and preserve your tree with great care and passion! I have not seen this level of customer service in a very long time. I am ready to order more! Wondered whether they would be able to fit on the leaf and it is one of my boys favorite spots! This is our 2nd one of these and they are amazing!
material doesn’t last
I still can’t believe this costs so much! It’s poorly made. The material is all coming apart and the stitching too! Not worth your money!!!! Plus I can’t find replacements for the flowers and leaf.
not worth the money
I bought this 7 months ago. My cats LOVED itS apx 3 months ago I noticed the daisy was ripping. The hassle it would be return it I just pushed it against the wall. Well NOW the other flower is ripping at the seems!!!! All My kitties do is lay on it.! DO NOT RECOMMEND unless u $300 isn’t an issue
