This cat tree is okay, but nothing special. It looks cute, but the build quality isn’t great, it feels about the same as most other basic cat trees out there. If you're looking for something more sturdy or long-lasting, you might want to keep looking.

It's very sturdy and safe for them, and has held up well after 1 1/2 years of kitten energy. The larger cat is around 18 lbs and still fits comfortably in the flower bed, which is his favorite spot. It's pricier than other towers, but seems better designed with nice quality materials and lasts a long time. It's also more attractive than most that I've seen, which was also a big consideration since it needed to fit in with the decor of our living room.

I purchased 2 of these for my cats. Ally immediately claimed the top flower, and Katie claimed the leaf. Because I had assembled it INCORRECTLY, the top flower cracked at the base, and fell over. I contacted customer service and they replied promptly and courteously. They sent my pictures back with with a detailed explanation of how to assemble it correctly and circled where I had made my mistake. It was very clear for this 70 year old woman, so I quickly reassembled the second tree to avoid further problems. Even though it was clearly my fault, they shipped a replacement part at no charge. It arrived a few days later so Ally is back to being queen of her top flower. She claimed the lower flower while the replacement part was in transit. This company maintain, repair, and preserve your tree with great care and passion! I have not seen this level of customer service in a very long time. I am ready to order more!
