Our two cats use the tree every day.
It's very sturdy and safe for them, and has held up well after 1 1/2 years of kitten energy. The larger cat is around 18 lbs and still fits comfortably in the flower bed, which is his favorite spot. It's pricier than other towers, but seems better designed with nice quality materials and lasts a long time. It's also more attractive than most that I've seen, which was also a big consideration since it needed to fit in with the decor of our living room.

I purchased 2 of these for my cats. Ally immediately claimed the top flower, and Katie claimed the leaf. Because I had assembled it INCORRECTLY, the top flower cracked at the base, and fell over. I contacted customer service and they replied promptly and courteously. They sent my pictures back with with a detailed explanation of how to assemble it correctly and circled where I had made my mistake. It was very clear for this 70 year old woman, so I quickly reassembled the second tree to avoid further problems. Even though it was clearly my fault, they shipped a replacement part at no charge. It arrived a few days later so Ally is back to being queen of her top flower. She claimed the lower flower while the replacement part was in transit. This company maintain, repair, and preserve your tree with great care and passion! I have not seen this level of customer service in a very long time. I am ready to order more! I still can’t believe this costs so much! It’s poorly made. The material is all coming apart and the stitching too! Not worth your money!!!! Plus I can’t find replacements for the flowers and leaf.

I bought this 7 months ago. My cats LOVED itS apx 3 months ago I noticed the daisy was ripping. The hassle it would be return it I just pushed it against the wall. Well NOW the other flower is ripping at the seems!!!! All My kitties do is lay on it.! DO NOT RECOMMEND unless u $300 isn’t an issue

I bought the light pink cherry blossom tree for our single cat household. My 2 year old cat, Evie LOVES it! The cherry blossom petals are her favorite spots to lay, but she utilizes all of the aspects of the tree-the hideaway, sisal, leaf, etc. She spends a lot of time using the tree. It's one of the best things I've ever bought her. It's high quality and has become a cute addition to our living room. For reference, Evie currently weighs around 10 pounds and the tree has been sturdy when she jumps around from all angles. After delivery, we needed a replacement for one of the petals and contacted KBSPETS directly for help (I purchased the tree through Chewy though) and they were super friendly, responsive, and efficient in sending Evie's replacement petal right away. It was delivered quickly within a few days. They are a great company, you are in good hands with them. Also, the tree was not difficult to put together. Bottom line, my cat seriously loves her new cat tree and I would absolutely order again from this company. In my opinion, this cat tree is totally worth the splurge.
