Listed dimensions are wrong

The product photo showing a diagram of the dimensions is not correct. The dims for the height and the width are switched. The "floor" of the bag is only 11 inches

The product photo showing a diagram of the dimensions is not correct. The dims for the height and the width are switched. The "floor" of the bag is only 11 inches wide, too small for my cat to lay down. I searched for a long time to find a backpack style bag with a base large enough so my cat wouldn't have to stay sitting up in it, so this is really disappointing.

Super awesome backpack carrier! If you have a larger cat, make sure to check the dimensions. My cat fits fine, but he's chunky so I probably won't use this for long

Super awesome backpack carrier! If you have a larger cat, make sure to check the dimensions. My cat fits fine, but he's chunky so I probably won't use this for long duration travel, but it's perfect for taking him out to run errands or to the vet clinic. Chewy even sent me a handwritten card thanking me for creating a chewy account! No company sends thank you cards, that was crazy.

Looks good but it's very heavy

My little dog only weighs 10 lbs. This pack is 18 lbs. which is very heavy. Ended up finding a lighter weight one. If I had a little bigger dog this is a sturdy

Due to the fact, my kitten had to lay on the floor of the plane during takeoff and landing! He slept so comfy in the carrier, of course I added a blanket! Highly recommend!!

Nice but cats get out easily

I was initially impressed with the quality. Nice material. Zips easily. Plenty of mesh window space for the curious cat, and some space at the bottom for the shy

I was initially impressed with the quality. Nice material. Zips easily. Plenty of mesh window space for the curious cat, and some space at the bottom for the shy cat to hide. Doesn’t sag when I put my 11 pound cat inside. However, and this is a huge however, my cat easily got the zipper open and jumped out just as I was opening the front door. Luckily I wasn’t outside yet or this review would be even worse. No worries, I thought. I got the matching tote style carrier. Nope. It totally sags at the bottom with just an 11 pound cat inside, making it super uncomfortable for me and claustrophobic for the cat. So, back to the backpack we went except instead of placing it comfortably on my back I had to hold it with my hand so I could make sure he didn’t escape which defeated the purpose of having a backpack carrier.
