Heavier halter than I like. I see it would take quite a bit to “break away”. I have a horse that is reluctant to halter so I thought I would get this to have her

Heavier halter than I like. I see it would take quite a bit to “break away”. I have a horse that is reluctant to halter so I thought I would get this to have her wear while in pasture. It’s pretty heavy to lift so questioning that logic with this halter. Beautiful styling and if it is indeed a true breakaway it would be nice for training halter due to its weight.

I was actually pleasantly surprised by how much I love this halter! I don’t usually buy horse things like this on Chewy but I loved the color (lavender mint) and

I was actually pleasantly surprised by how much I love this halter! I don’t usually buy horse things like this on Chewy but I loved the color (lavender mint) and that it was a breakaway. I was nervous on the sizing since I couldn’t find measurement details and my horse has a big chunky head, but the full/horse size fits her perfectly. It’s adorable, comfy for my horse with a padded nose, and seems durable so far (6 months in)!
