easy peasy

1/3 on actually providing what I paid for

I have paid for 3 total refill kits. I've received enough goods inside those boxes to make maybe 1.5 refill kits. My first order was fine and as expected. Second

I have paid for 3 total refill kits. I've received enough goods inside those boxes to make maybe 1.5 refill kits. My first order was fine and as expected. Second order came with 2 cups but only enough soild and seeds for 1. Third order came with one cup and 3 soil pellets, no seeds. My cat loves chewing on the grass but their quality control department needs some serious help!

We love that it’s healthy for them and helps their digestive system

It’s very easy to plant the seeds. It only takes about five or six days for it to grow. My cats love it and hardly never are they bringing up hairballs I love that

Incomplete Package

Ordered these refills because the brand I usually buy was out of stock. The package arrived unsealed and only contained the plastic cups - no soil or seeds as described

Ordered these refills because the brand I usually buy was out of stock. The package arrived unsealed and only contained the plastic cups - no soil or seeds as described. Chewy customer service was AMAZING and immediately issued a replacement, but it arrived the same as the first one. 5 stars for Chewy customer service, but I would not recommend this product due to the incomplete and unreliable product.

Literally just plastic containers

I though I’d get the soil and seeds and all of that becuase that’s what’s in the picture, but this is literally just the plastic containers this was such a waste

K&H cat grass refills

The K&H window lounger with cat grass grow station comes with two cups of cat grass (non-GMO oat seeds and soil pellets) and the refill kit also contains two cups

The K&H window lounger with cat grass grow station comes with two cups of cat grass (non-GMO oat seeds and soil pellets) and the refill kit also contains two cups of cat grass seeds plus soil pellets ( coco coir fiber). The entire packaging is recyclable and eco friendly which is appreciated. The two cup packaging ensures that you always have a second cup of cat grass on hand. Just soak the soil pellets in water until the expand, cover the included oat seeds with 1/3 of the soil and set in a window sill. I added around 2 TBSP of water daily and the seeds sprouted within a few days and a week later it was 5 inches tall, at which point I inserted the cat grass cup into the window lounger. I would continue to add small amount of water daily. My two cats love looking out the apartment window at the birds on their new window lounger and since they also love cat grass, it’s double the fun. The cat grass keeps them from nibbling on my house plants and the vitamins, protein and fiber from the grass is good for their digestion and immune system.

This is a fun little project. You put the soil pellets in the growing cups and add water. After an hour, use a fork to fluff it up then remove a third of the soil,

This is a fun little project. You put the soil pellets in the growing cups and add water. After an hour, use a fork to fluff it up then remove a third of the soil, place your seeds and cover with the remaining soil. Done! Water it every day and in 1-2 weeks you'll have cat grass. We're still waiting for the finished product, but watching 5 cats all try to be first to check it out should be entertaining. Mine all love cat grass so this will be fun for them. Easy to follow instructions. A nice addition to the cat perch.
