Instructions
Use to keep your cat happy and healthy. Suction cup to your window and be sure to clean your window and your suction cups regularly. Swap out the cat grass as needed.; Remove cover for cat perch. Machine wash cover, separately. Cold water, gentle cycle. Air or line dry, or tumble dry on lowest setting. Dry completely before reassembly.

Sturdy, but was missing the grass
It arrived without the grass seeds and dirt but I reached out to the k&h customer support team and they quickly and kindly sent me the grass kit! It only took 3

I really like the suction cups on this one, I feel like they hold much better than the screw ones that I have, it feels very secure on my window and I’m confident it will not fall when my cats are on it. I also love that the frame is made of metal, I had some plastic ones before and eventually they broke where they connected, so I know this frame will last for years. My favorite part though, is the fact that you can push this perch up to lay flat against the window, this is super helpful for wanting to close the blinds or getting it out of the way when cleaning, etc. I think I am going to replace all my other window perches in my house with this one!

Kitties really love the cat grass!
My cats really love the cat grass!! They hopped up on the lounger but they didn't stay laying on it, in fact, at times it became like 'sharks with bait,' lol...all

They hopped up on the lounger but they didn't stay laying on it, in fact, at times it became like 'sharks with bait,' lol...all the kitties trying to jump up to the lounger at the same time, pushing each other off to get at the cat grass! Also, when even one kitty would jump up to get some cat grass, he wouldn't stay on the lounger and relax...part of that might be because I tried to use this product in the winter. My older windows aren't great so it is much colder on the lounger near the window. They may use it more as a lounger in the spring and summer time when the sun is shining in the window. They would probably love that. The lounger itself held up well, even with multiple kitties trying to jump on it at the same time. The kitties do love the cat grass, the only thing is if they yank on it when biting it, instead of just nibbling the grass, the cup comes out of the slot and sometimes the kitties run away with the cup of cat grass.

So far only one cat at a time, but that has more to do with their personalities than the perch. I especially like that you can flip it up to close the curtains. Washable is also a plus.

The single level window lounger with suction cups was easy to install on my apartment’s office window. It’s important to follow the install instructions to ensure that the suction cups adhere to the glass. I followed the recommendation to clean the glass and suction cups first with rubbing alcohol. I installed the lounger with the attached suction cups first against the glass making sure that the lounger was level. Apply firm pressure against each suction cup and press out any air bubbles with your fingers working from the center out. Then attach the support suction cups with the attached cable to the glass, keeping equal tension on both sides. Both of the cats that use the lounger weigh around 12 pounds and so far the lounger has remained securely attached. I love that I have the option to fold up the lounger against the glass if I ever need to close the window blinds but I intentionally chose a window where the blinds remain up. The lounger is rated for 50 pounds so even if both of my cats are on the lounger at the same time, it should hold both cats securely. They do recommend checking the suction cups monthly and cleaning both the window and suction cups to retain optimum holding strength. Over time, the sun beating on the glass and my cats jumping on the lounger will likely weaken the suction. The cups are heavy duty so they should last for years. The fabric is a nice fleecy material and the metal frame prevents sagging. It is machine washable (I would suggest cold water and gentle cycle) and line dryable. It took some encouragement to get my two older cats to use the lounger the first few days as they are former strays and suspicious of anything new and strange. But once they saw the grass and realized that they could also watch the birds in the tree outside the window, they were hooked. Since moving to the apartment (I’m on the 4th floor) it’s important to try and do things that keep your cat stimulated and engaged. This is a nice option to their cat tree and it allows them to hang out in my office without interfering with my work. Since I rent and I’m not allowed to drill into the walls, the window lounger with suction cups is renter friendly. It allows me to catify my living space without violating my lease agreement.
