How hot does it get? If this was outside in 30 degree weather would the animal be warm enough

The Thermo-lookout Pod is meant for indoor use. The heating element is a pet bed warmer and is only 4 watts. When looking for an outdoor heating bed or house you want nothing lower than 25 watts to compete with the outdoor temperatures.
